Landlords Gas certificates are a legal requirement see, Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 (GS(IU)R 98) and need to be carried out annually.
We can arrange access with your tenants directly if you prefer, once we have been given their details, and then either email you the certificate in pdf form or post to you depending on your preference, once completed.
